Returns
- You have 15 calendar days from the receipt of the product to request a return.
- Custom products (made to measure) cannot be returned.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
- It is essential to present the receipt or proof of purchase.
- In the case of doors and bars, the customer must check the product before installation. Returns of products already installed will not be accepted.Gastos de Devolución
- The return costs will be borne by the customer, except in the following cases:
- Defective product of origin.
- Error in order by Grupo Pilonatic.
- If the product has defects, it must be notified before installation.
Refunds
- Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify you of its status.
- If the return is approved, we will process the refund to the same payment method used in the purchase.
- Refund times may vary depending on the card issuer or payment method.
