Our secure payment with SSL

Every transaction on pilonatic.uk is secure. All personal and banking data is sent in a secure environment: our website uses an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate, so all the information you send us is encrypted as it travels across the internet.

We never store your card details on our website. Card payments are processed directly by the Stripe and PayPal payment platforms.

Payment methods

When you complete your order, you can choose from the following payment methods:

• Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard…), through Stripe or PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account.
• PayPal, including the option to pay in 3 instalments.
• Trustly, direct payment from your bank.
• Bank transfer, using your order number as the reference. We dispatch the order once the payment has reached our account.

When you pay by card, you will be asked for the card number, expiry date and security code (CVV), which is the 3 digits printed on the back of your card. Depending on your bank, you may also be asked for extra verification (for example a code sent to your phone or a confirmation in your banking app). This gives you even more protection.

PayPal

PayPal is an electronic payment system. You don’t need to enter your card details in our shop, because PayPal acts as the gateway between your bank and the retailer. People all over the world use PayPal for their personal transactions.

PayPal is designed for online payments and has control mechanisms that make it a secure option. It offers direct support to its users in cases of fraud and scams, protecting both individuals and businesses.
