Minimum order: £135 (excl. VAT). You can mix any products to reach it. UK delivery from £22.

Delivery times

We deliver from our workshop in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda (Barcelona, Spain) to the United Kingdom.

Lead times: made to order in our Barcelona workshop, approx. 15 working days, plus 3–5 days delivery to the UK. Barcelona Eco bollards and Barcelona fixed bollards with base plate: 5–6 working days, plus delivery.

Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed, during the following hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am, Central European Time (Madrid).

Delivery costs

Delivery charges to the UK: automatic and semi-automatic rising bollards £49 each; fixed, removable and fold-down bollards and other small items £22 each. Cycle stands, drinking fountains, car park barriers and large orders are quoted individually. Minimum order £135 (excl. VAT). Goods are shipped DAP: import VAT and duties are paid by the customer on delivery.

Import VAT, customs duties and charges

Prices exclude VAT. No Spanish or EU VAT is charged on exports to the UK. UK import VAT and any customs duties are charged by the carrier and payable by the customer on delivery.

How delivery works

  1. Orders are delivered to the address the customer gives when placing the order.
  2. Proof of purchase is sent to the email address the customer gave when registering with the online shop pilonatic.uk, and can also be viewed in the customer’s account on pilonatic.uk.
  3. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
  4. Delivery is carried out under the responsibility of the carrier.
  5. An order is considered delivered when the carrier hands the parcel or parcels to the customer and the customer signs the delivery note. The customer must check the condition of the goods on receipt and note any problems on the delivery note.
  6. The delivery charge is the one shown on each order, depending on its characteristics.

Claims for undelivered orders

If, after receiving an email telling them that their order has been dispatched, the consumer and/or user has not received the product within a reasonable time, they can contact pilonatic.uk, through the contact form or by email at pilonatic@gmail.com so that we can find out the cause of the delay.

Once we receive the claim, pilonatic.uk will contact the consumer and/or user to explain what has happened and to agree on a solution.

If, ultimately, pilonatic.uk does not have the purchased item available, the consumer and/or user will be informed and will receive a refund of the amounts paid from pilonatic.uk as soon as possible.

Cancellations

If, after placing an order, you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, you can do so by telling us through the contact form in the “Contact” section, by writing to pilonatic@gmail.com, or through the customer service form, quoting the number of the order you wish to cancel.

Customer accounts

You don’t need to register to browse the shop or add products to your basket. With a customer account you can view your order history and details, your delivery addresses and your discount vouchers.

How to buy

To buy from the online shop pilonatic.uk you must be over 18.
Add the products you want to your basket, then click “Proceed to checkout”. We will ask for your delivery address and billing address (you can use the same address for both).
Delivery rates are calculated from the delivery address, the total weight of the parcel and the delivery service chosen.
Finally, choose your payment method: bank transfer, PayPal, or credit or debit card.

For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit, at their choice and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts of the user’s place of residence.
