Terms and conditions of sale
These general terms and conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products made by the online shop pilonatic.uk. Every order placed with the online shop pilonatic.uk necessarily implies, as an essential, decisive and indispensable condition, the Customer’s unreserved acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of the online shop pilonatic.uk in force on the day the order is placed. The Customer also acknowledges that accepting these conditions means they will apply to that order and to every later order, except where the online shop pilonatic.uk informs the Customer of new conditions. If at any time the online shop pilonatic.uk does not rely on any of these conditions, this cannot be interpreted as, and will not amount to, a waiver of its right to rely on them in the future or in the past.
The interpretation and performance of these conditions, and all acts arising from them, are governed by Spanish law, unless there are contrary public-policy provisions.
The parties
On the one hand, Pilonatic Corp SL, CIF B72452758 (owner of the website https://pilonatic.uk), as supplier of the products contracted by the consumer and/or user, with registered office at Ripollès 18, 08130 Santa Perpètua de Mogoda (Barcelona), Spain. Contact address: pilonatic@gmail.com. Company registered in the Spanish Mercantile Register.
On the other hand, the user, registered on the website, whose purpose is to be a consumer and/or user of it and/or to contract the products or services of pilonatic.uk. The consumer and/or user is responsible for the data they provide to pilonatic.uk and is therefore responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide on this website.
Prices
Prices published in the online shop pilonatic.uk are in and are shown.
Offers on products for sale in the online shop pilonatic.uk are shown in the “Offers” section or on the product page and, unless stated otherwise, are valid while they are displayed on screen.
Discount vouchers have their own validity period and conditions of use. Please check the details of each voucher before using it.
Purpose of the contract (description of products and services)
The purpose of this contract is to govern the relationship between pilonatic.uk and the consumer and/or user from the moment the latter gives their consent during the ordering process by ticking the corresponding box. (Before it is ticked, this box informs the user of these general conditions, the legal notice and the privacy policy of this website.)
The contract of sale involves the delivery of a product in exchange for a price set on the website.
Payment methods
When placing an order, the customer may freely choose to pay for purchases made in the online shop by:
- Bank transfer: the buyer must make a bank transfer (quoting the order reference) within a maximum of 3 working days of placing the order. The company reserves the right to cancel the order if it has not received confirmation of the transfer by then. The bank account details are shown to the customer when they choose this payment method.
- PayPal: to pay by this method the consumer and/or user must have a PayPal account. For more information, visit www.paypal.com.
- Credit or debit card through a secure online payment gateway. The buyer must provide their card number, expiry date and CVV number. Their details are encrypted and sent over a secure server to the payment provider. This process does not give the card number to pilonatic.uk.
Products
Offers presented by the online shop pilonatic.uk are valid while stocks last and within the dates set for each offer. The online shop pilonatic.uk reserves the right to change its range of products according to difficulties imposed by its suppliers.
If the selected product is not in stock, the user can leave their email address on the product page so that we can contact them by email once the product is available.
Delivery times and costs
Delivery time to the UK: approx. 15 working days manufacturing (5–6 working days for Barcelona Eco and Barcelona fixed bollards with base plate) plus 3–5 days delivery.
Delivery costs to the UK: shown at checkout or included in your quote.
Import VAT, customs duties and clearance charges: Prices exclude VAT. No Spanish or EU VAT is charged on exports to the UK. UK import VAT and any customs duties are charged by the carrier and payable by the customer on delivery.
Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed, during the following hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am, Central European Time (Madrid).
Claims for undelivered orders
If, after receiving an email telling them that their order has been dispatched, the consumer and/or user has not received the product within a reasonable time, they can contact pilonatic.uk, through the contact form or by email at pilonatic@gmail.com so that we can find out the cause of the delay.
Once we receive the claim, pilonatic.uk will contact the consumer and/or user to explain what has happened and to agree on a solution.
If, ultimately, pilonatic.uk does not have the purchased item available, the consumer and/or user will be informed and will receive a refund of the amounts paid from pilonatic.uk as soon as possible.
Cancellations
If, after placing an order, you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, and in the case of bollards and other metal products, provided that manufacture has not yet started, you can do so by telling us through the contact form in the “Contact” section, by writing to pilonatic@gmail.com, or through the customer service form, quoting the number of the order you wish to cancel.

Warranty and returns
Pilonatic products come with a 2-year commercial warranty from delivery, covering manufacturing defects (repair or replacement free of charge).
This commercial warranty is in addition to the consumer’s legal rights and does not limit them. As a consumer you keep the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery under Spanish consumer law (Article 120 of the Spanish Consumers and Users Act, TRLGDCU).
