How the trade offer works

- Minimum order £135 + VAT – mix any products to reach it. Prices excl. VAT.
- TRADE10 cannot be combined with the volume discount on bollards – only one discount applies per order.
- DAP delivery to the UK: £22 per fixed or small bollard, £49 per automatic or semi-automatic bollard. Import VAT and duties are paid by the customer on delivery.
- Lead time: about 15 working days in production + 3–5 days delivery. Barcelona Eco and fixed bollards with base plate: 5–6 working days, plus delivery.

Trade FAQ
Installation and foundation box
Our automatic bollards come with a ground sleeve (foundation box) that is set in concrete flush with the road surface; each product page includes an installation guide. The battery models need no cabling to a control panel. We do not offer an installation service – installation is carried out by you or your installer.
Control panels and remote controls
Our automatic rising bollards include a control panel and 2 remote controls; mobile phone control is optional on some models (please request it in advance). The battery Bristol bollard includes 2 remote controls, a spare battery and a charger. Check each product page for the exact kit.
Spare parts and keys
Spare security keys are available in our shop (Pilonatic Security Key Copy). For other spare parts, message us on WhatsApp or email us with your order number and model.

All our products come with a 2-year warranty. See our Returns and Warranty page for details.
DAP and import costs
Prices are shown excluding VAT. Orders are shipped DAP: UK import VAT and any duties are charged by the carrier and paid by the customer on delivery. No Spanish or EU VAT is charged on exports to the UK.
Payment
You can pay by card (including Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna), PayPal or bank transfer. Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed.
